What we’re about
True healing lies in acceptance and forgiveness, both for ourselves and others. True healing lies in acceptance and forgiveness, both for ourselves and others. No wound is too deep to heal, if we have the patience to tend to it. There will be days, weeks and months where all you would do is lie in your bed, every small activity even brushing your teeth appears as a gigantic task
You want to talk to someone, you want to express what you feel, you scroll down your phone contact list and realise noone is there to understand you. It is difficult phase, nothing of that kind that you have ever experienced.
In this group which I call as " Confession Corner" , we can without any prejudice or judgement express ourselves, share our pain and slowly bring us back to normal self to lead a healthy life.
Mental well being is important and mostly ignored aspects it's internal pain and people would make fun of it. We here take everyone seriously and if we together can help each other and do our bit, atleast we should feel we did something great today.
Regards
Ajinkya

as a team we need to support, empathise and help each other so everyone can recover and appreciate oneself.- Acknowledge Your Emotions Without Judgment

Build a small but steady routine — even if it’s just waking up, making your bed, and stepping outside for 10 minutes. - Limit Doom-Scrolling & Toxic Inputs
Be intentional with your media consumption. - Do One Thing for Yourself Every Day
No matter how small — a walk, a poem, watering a plant, or just breathing with your eyes closed.
