A New Approach for Teaching Data Analytics with R

Lately, data analytics has emerged as a highly technical discipline. Languages like Python and R have become mainstream for solving business problems. However, there is a need to change the approach to teaching data analytics to business students for two reasons: (1) most business students are non-technical, without in-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, or programming, and (2) business students should focus more on the whys and whats, instead of the hows, of solving business problems. Recently, I developed a new approach to help business students focus more on finding hidden patterns in the data with R than its technical implementation.
