A road trip to North Bengal / Sikkim

Hi Friends,

I am planning a road trip to North Bengal / Sikkim starting 19-December onwards for 1 week.

So far I have thought about the below points:

1. The trip is from 19-Dec'15 to 25-Dec'15.

2. It is going to be a road trip - I am taking my Swift and my car can accommodate 3 more. So as the number of travelers increases more than 4, it is expected that some one with a car to chip in too. We will discuss about this arrangement once the participants are finalized. While responding to this meet, please respond with the information whether you can take along your car or need to be accommodated with someone with a car. If someone wants to join us in Siliguri, then we need to travel with vacant seats in our cars accordingly.

3. Winter chill - Winter will be at it's best in this period, so my preference will be hills, but Doors has it's charm too in winter, so the destination is North Bengal / Sikkim. Whether we will be going to hills will also depend on the hill driving skill of the participants (note: I am quite conversant with hill driving). So the final destination is more or less open.
