He combines product management with hands-on experience in WordPress design, plugins, and digital marketing, helping creators and teams build solutions that deliver real user value.

**Topic- Build a WordPress block theme from scratch** 
He is a “Web and Platform” developer at emfluence Digital Agency, Kansas City, USA, based out of Kolkata, India. He has developed some plugins and is a WordPress core contributor.
In addition to developing WordPress and contributing to the platform, he also develops Alexa skills. Subrata has been a Meetup and WordCamp organiser for the Kolkata WordPress Community since 2017. He has organised three WordCamps and one CareerCamp since 2019 on behalf of the Kolkata WordPress Community.
