This Friday, we invite you to join us on a special journey inward.

Natalie will open the evening with a Shamanic Drum Journey—carried by the rhythm of the drum, which will guide you out of your head and deeper into your body.

Afterward, I’ll lead a Trance Dance session: With your eyes closed, accompanied by music, and through free movement, you’ll be able to let go of whatever needs to be released. No specific dance, no steps, no expectations—just you, your body, and the moment.

We’ll create a space for movement, connection, letting go, and inner exploration.

You don’t need to know how to do anything or prove yourself. You can simply arrive and let yourself move. 🌿
