Kombucha Tasting and information

I will be providing a variety of Kombucha flavors for tasting to our members. Since I have been making my own Kombucha for 6 months and have experimented with a variety of flavors, I will have available at least 4 different flavors available for tasting. We will be having an unstructured discussion on Kombucha and things of/about Kombucha.
I haven't yet decided which flavors I will be making by that time. I am currently making 4 gallons a week through the first fermentation and flavoring in the second fermentation. With the first fermentation taking at least 7 days and the second fermentation about 2 days, we will be making the Kombucha for the tasting in the 10-14 days before the event!
On the week of the Tasting, I will be advising you which flavors I will have on hand. My initial estimate is that we will have Limeade, Ginger/Mint, Cranberry and Cherry. I will try to get either Mango/Ginger or Mango/Peach available. Will finalize at the week of the event.
