Konektor is a weekly community in Prague for people building meaningful projects, businesses and careers without losing themselves along the way. You don't need to have anything figured out or prepare anything. Just come as you are.
Who should join
Entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, side-project builders, and anyone curious about what they could create. Whether you're experienced or just starting, you'll feel at home from the first session.
What we do
Each session follows a simple worksheet we work through together, so you always know what we're doing and why. You can join at any point.
• First half: name what feels stuck and get underneath it
• Second half: share what came up, give each other honest feedback, and leave with real guidance and one concrete next step
You'll be in a small, supportive group of people on a similar journey.

Your host
Hadjar Omayon is a psychological counselor and entrepreneur with a background in business and sales. She ran her own sustainable clothing manufacturing business, has helped refugees start businesses, supported women in Morocco in becoming self-employed, and has led many self-knowledge groups. Having worked across France, Morocco, the UK and Malaysia, she brings a cross-cultural lens to every session.
