[Talk 2] What Can We Achieve With Kong? Interactive Q&A Session

APIs are increasingly becoming connective membrane to link ecosystems, open pathways to innovation, create new products and improve efficiency. In this first ever in person Kong event in Istanbul, we will dedicate a large portion of our time together to address your questions around API Gateways, Migration from one gateway to another, API CI/CD processes, logging and monitoring, securing APIs, K8 deployments, Ingress Controllers and whatever you would like to learn to manage APIs in distributed systems. We are interested to hear your use cases and the challenges you are facing with your API management practices and we’ll try to find answers together. You can join in both in Turkish and English.

Speakers

Yunus Salık (Board Member, Desoft)
After graduating from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Salık completed his MBA at Istanbul Technical University. Salık, who started his career at Televes, has worked in senior management positions in many domestic and international companies such as Koçsistem, Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent, British Telecom, IBM, Veeam, Teknoser, respectively, and then takes place in the management team as a founding partner at Desoft.

Bruno Mandic (Sr Solutions Engineer, Kong)
Bruno is passionate about maximizing value through developing and evangelizing an optimal combination of culture, process and technology.
The focal point of his expertise is working by, with and through the clients and startups in the technology space, connecting the dots and driving these engagements to a climax of mutual value realization.

Kerem Pakdemir (Managing Partner, Desoft)
Kerem is a managing partner at Desoft, a METU alumni, with 20+ years of international experience across management consulting, international business development, business software integration and continous transformation. As an avid learner and an enabler, Kerem works with large enterprises in the region indeveloping and implementing projects that heighten transformation capabilities, with a broad business - technology perspective.
