About us

New to Seoul, or just looking to meet new people? KONNECT is a small, activity-based social meetup for locals and internationals in Seoul.
Every session, we play games and do fun activities together — no awkward small talk, no drinking party, just genuine connection.
What to expect:
→ Host-led games and activities — never just sitting around talking
→ A relaxed way to make new friends, Korean and international alike
→ Bonus: pick up some Korean or English along the way, naturally
Hosted by Henry Ahn (@korean_henry_) — a Korean language teacher for 3 years, working with organizations like Hanyang University's Language Institute to build spaces where locals and internationals connect.
We're also building an online space for structured language partner matching — coming soon.

We're at Wetwood Studio in Jamsil — a workshop frozen in 1980s Seoul, where TWICE and DAY6 have both filmed.

Rings are carved from upcycled furniture wood and old skateboards, so no two look alike.
Engraving your own lettering is an option too (+20,000 KRW).
