🎀 Completely FREE for International Women
International women who arrive between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM can join completely FREE, including both the participation fee and drink fee. Bring your friends and feel free to join us!

Also, you can stay and enjoy the event until 10:00 PM at no additional cost.
* You are free to come and go at any time during the designated period
* If you re-enter on the same day, the regular admission fee will apply

🎀 Eligibility
- International women under 40.
- Please bring your passport.
- Alternatively, you may show a digital image on your smartphone of the passport data page with your photo.

🎀 Japanese Plactice & English-Only Tables
Throughout this meetup, we will have both Japanese-Practice tables and English-Only tables available.

At the Japanese-practice table, you can practice Japanese with Japanese participants while using both Japanese and English to help each other communicate and practice.

Japanese beginners are very welcome, even if you know only a few Japanese words! 😊

🎀 Enjoy Conversations with Topic Cards
We use bilingual topic cards to help conversations flow naturally. The cards make it easy to find something to talk about, so you can enjoy chatting in both Japanese and English without worrying about your language level.

💡 Fees
Participation Fee: *FREE*
- Those who join between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM can participate completely FREE, with both the participation fee and drink fee waived (500 JPY drink discount).
- Entry and exit are free, and you are welcome to attend at any time
- Second drink and onwards: discounted price (from 300 JPY)
- Alcohol (from 500 JPY), light meal (from 100 JPY)
- A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies
- Payment is cash only

💡 Participation
- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.
