About Kudremukh Trek Chikmagalur:
Located at a distance of 96 km from the district of Chikmagalur, this Kudremukh trekking would let you explore the forests which are spread over an area of 600 sq km. Hike to reach an altitude of 6,207ft. above sea level and witness the unbounded natural scenes that adorn Kudremukh. This fun-filled Kudremukh trek begins with an overnight journey from Bangalore.

Day 0: Overnight Journey to Kudremukh
On Friday, Get picked up in Bangalore from the following points and start your Kudremukh trekking tour. The exact pick-up location and time will be confirmed after the booking.

  1. Indiranagar
  2. Domlur
  3. Yeshwantpur
  4. Gorgunte Palya
  • Begin your overnight journey to Kudremukh.

Day 1: Begin with the Trek

  • On the first day of your Kudremukh trek, you will reach Kudremukh National Park around 06:00 AM.
  • After having breakfast, we will reach the base camp.
  • By 09:00 AM, we will start trekking to the top of Kudremukh Peak which is around 22 KM both ways.
  • En route to the peak, have lunch midway.
  • Once we reach the top, all of us can enjoy the relishing view of the serenity the peak has to offer.
  • Return to the base camp around 06:00 PM after a trek to Kudremukh.
  • Enjoy the bonfire.
  • Have the lip-smacking dinner and retire for the night.

Day 1: Sightseeing

  • On Day 2, around 08:00 AM, you will grab a scrumptious breakfast.
  • Start from Kudremukh National Park and head to visit the Somavati waterfall
  • Enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the waterfall and calm your soul.
  • Around 1:00 PM Visit Belur Temple before heading towards a nearby restaurant for lunch
  • Have a self-sponsored lunch on the way back from the Kudremukh trek.
  • Return to Bangalore around 10:00 PM and get back home with splendid memories.
