Korean Book by Book is for language learners who wish to go beyond the typical classroom experience and engage in real discussions about Korean literature. If you are willing to stretch yourself and grow as a reader, speaker, and writer of the Korean language, please join us.
한국어를 배우고 있는 외국인들을 위해서 저희 Korean Book by Book으로는 교실을 벗어나서 국문학에 대해 의미있는 대화를 나눌 겁니다. 읽기, 말하기, 쓰기 능력을 향상시키고 싶으신 분들을 환영합니다.
Group Rules 밋업 규칙:
- Use Korean. Non-Korean languages are not permitted during meetings. 한국어는 필수입니다. 모임 중에 한국어 외에 여러 나라의 언어는 금지입니다.
- No bigotry. Discrimination will not be tolerated. 편견은 금지입니다. 아무런 차별은 용납되지 않을 겁니다.
- Speak respectfully to others. No banmal regardless of age or social status. 다른 멤버 분들에게 예의 있게 말씀해 주십시오. 나이와 신분 차이와 상관없이 반말하지 마십시오.
- Do not dig for private information (ex: age, relationship status, job, income, etc.). 개인 정보를 묻지 마십시오 (나이, 애인 관계, 직업, 소득 등).
- Be encouraging to yourself and others. 다른 멤버 분들과 자신에게 지지해 주십시오.
- Mistakes are opportunities to learn and should not be scoffed at. Mockery will not be tolerated. 실수는 배울 기회입니다. 다른 멤버 분들을 비웃으면 안 됩니다. 조롱은 용납되지 않을 겁니다.
- Korean Book by Book is a democratically run meetup, and each decision regarding reading selections, meeting locations, etc. is based on a majority vote. 민주주의의 방법을 통해서 Korean Book by Book이 진행하고 있으며 읽을 거리, 모임 장소 등에 관한 의결은 과반수로 합니다.
