What's Gonna Happen:

• Watch one selected Korean film with Korean audio & English subtitles together with other foreigners in Korea (and some local Koreans!) and have a chat about the film after screening (in English)
• You want the Korean history and cultural context behind what you’re watching.
• You want a genuine cultural exchange that actually stays with you

What’s Included:

• Watching one selected Korean film with Korean audio & English subtitles,
• Welcome drink (coffee, tea, or soft drink)
• Top-quality film screening environment — high-definition projector,
  surround sound system
• Guided Korean language & culture discussion (Expressions & backgrounds)
• BYOB welcome — feel free to bring drinks or snacks of your choice!

Policy:

• Language: Film screening in Korean, Discussion in English (*conversational English level required for maximum experience)
• Attendees: This group is for foreigners in Korea. All events will be attended by a majority of foreigners and a minority of Koreans (the number of Koreans at any event will not exceed more than half the attendees)
• Guests: You may bring a friend (or however many you want) so long as you let us know in advance via MeetUp or the host Mina's Instagram DM or KakaoTalk messages (contact details below)
• Capacity: Minimum 4 - Maximum 15 people
• Price: FREE
• Cancellation: If the minimum number of people isn’t reached 24 hours before, the event is cancelled, and all attendees will be notified immediately

• Studio Onde (스튜디오 옹드) at 2nd Floor, 1 Dangsan-ro 26-gil, Seoul

  **30 seconds on foot from Exit 5 of Yeongdeungpogu-office Station
  (영등포구청역 5번 출구에서 30초)
  **Stairs only — no elevator!

• A former film producer with a Master's Degree from Newcastle University in the UK
• A Seoul local who'd lived abroad for 10+ years (and knows what it feels like to navigate another country & culture - believe me!)
