Hello! We are two Korean girls based in Utrecht, and we recently started “Mannayo” to share the flavors of Korea with you. We’re so excited to invite you to our first event!

You’ll learn the traditional Korean method of making tofu from scratch. We’ll guide you through the entire process, from soaking soybeans to pressing the perfect block of silky, fresh tofu.
What you’ll learn :

✔️ How to make Biji Jjigae (Soy Pulp Stew) & Biji Jeon (Soy Pulp Pancakes)
✔️ Tips on storing and using homemade tofu in various dishes

Bring a container so you can take your fresh tofu and soy pulp dishes home with you. Plus, you’ll receive a printed recipe sheet so you can make tofu at home anytime!
🌱 Tofu is 100% vegan. Please let us know if you’d like your Biji Jjigae and Biji Jeon prepared as vegan versions.
