To try out and share amongst members the better Korean restaurants in and around Austin. As Korean cuisine is communal dining, we’ll gather to eat and talk about food, culture, community, and everything in between. Although I’m most interested and knowledgeable in Korean cuisine, I’m also open to other cuisines (eg Thai, Vietnamese, Lao, etc.) if someone wants to be a co-host for future events. Simply, I just love food and would love to explore the many growing options in and around ATX with like-minded Asian foodies. Recommendations welcome!
For transparency, the bill will be split evenly unless certain members order specific drinks or want standalone dishes. In that case, the individual can pay separately to avoid any issues. Furthermore, I have no affiliation with featured restaurant and solely host as an ambassador of sorts, featuring restaurants that are supposedly the top-rated ones in the city. I will add that I’ve done this type of meetup in Seoul for many years and my culinary background can be viewed @mykoreaneats. For any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
