Zzim Korean Grill (Galbi Zzim)

Zzim Korean Grill is a relatively new family-run restaurant specializing in a delicacy called Galbi Zzim (braised beef short ribs), tender chunks of beef short ribs braised down with vegetables in a savory, sweet, garlicky sauce. That will be the star of the show, but locals say other menu items like their kimchi jjigae (spicy pork stew), gopchang (grilled intestine), and many other dishes are supposed to be great as well so we’ve got plenty of options. So, if you’re hungry and free on a Thursday evening, come dine with us in a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by delicious food and even better people.

Price per person should range in the $25-30 dollars including tip. Make sure to bring cash if Venmo/Zelle isn’t an option for you.
