After spending 9 years in the U.S. studying urban planning and real estate policy, Youngjun turned his passion into something a bit more... spirited. Now a full-time explorer of alcoholic beverages, he has visited over 400 breweries and tasted more than 10,000 craft beers. Whether it's traditional Korean liquor, whisky, or wine, he’s dedicated to digging deep and sharing the stories behind every drink. Nomadic Nook was born from this curiosity and love for building a community around shared experiences. Expect fun, engaging events, and a community space where local and foreign cultures meet.

A former accountant from the US, MC decided to follow his heart and dive into the world of food. During the pandemic, he found joy in cooking and shared his creations through TikTok and Instagram (@thelast.mc). Now back in Korea, he's bringing his unique culinary flair, shaped by his international experiences, to Nomadic Nook. With his love for food and creativity, Minchan crafts dishes that are as surprising as they are delicious, perfectly paired with the cozy atmosphere of our craft beer and Korean traditional liquor pub 🍳✈️
