Jana is a Senior Analytics Engineer with over 10 years in the data field, having worked as a BI analyst, BI consultant, and data analyst. What she loves about her job is creating a system out of the mess. She also mentors and teaches data modelling at a non-profit that helps women break into IT.

**Ester Železňáková**
Ester is a senior Analytics Engineer, driven by a passion for technical challenges. She is inspired by the goal of creating efficient, optimised data solutions that bring joy to the process and drive real business results.

**Milan Spal**
Milan has extensive experience with the modern data stack. In his analytics engineering role, he practises his superpower of turning complex data into strategic insights through data analysis, modelling and visualisation.
