Ancient Korean Breathwork, Meditation & Martial Art Movement — Portola Valley
Discover Kouksundo, a 9,800-year-old Korean discipline that unites breathwork, meditation, stretching, and gentle martial art movement to balance body, mind, and spirit.
This special 3-day workshop will be led by Grand Master KyungJin Cho, President of the Kouksundo Martial Arts Association, visiting from Korea.
All levels and ages are welcome — no experience needed!
