This is a small, peer‑led support circle for people whose lives have been affected by kratom (“kradom”) and opioids—whether you are still using, tapering, or living in recovery and wanting to give back.

Our approach is a blend of spiritual reflection and practical, evidence‑informed tools. We talk openly about things like meaning, purpose, and connection, while also working with concrete strategies for change similar to SMART Recovery (managing cravings, coping with urges, building motivation, and rebuilding life one step at a time). The goal is not perfection, but honest progress and mutual support.

What to expect each meeting:

  • A short opening grounding or reflection (non‑denominational, open to all beliefs and none).
  • Check‑ins where each person briefly shares how they are doing.
  • Guided discussion around topics like tapering plans, handling triggers, emotional ups and downs, relationships, and rebuilding a life you actually want to stay present for.
  • Optional take‑home tools (journaling prompts, planning worksheets, or simple practices for the week).

This is a non‑judgmental, confidential space. You are welcome whether you see your path as harm reduction, gradual taper, medication‑assisted treatment, or full abstinence. Loved ones who want to better understand and support someone using kratom or opioids are also welcome, as long as they come with respect and a willingness to listen.

Important notes:

  • This is a peer‑support group, not professional treatment or therapy.
  • The facilitator is not a licensed clinician and cannot provide medical advice.
  • Participants are strongly encouraged to seek medical and mental‑health support where needed; this group is intended as an additional layer of support, not a replacement for professional care.

Come as you are. You don’t need to have it all figured out. The only requirements are a desire to move in a healthier direction and a willingness to treat others with respect.
