Our group is for new or experiences real estate investors seeking to build a real estate portfolio in one of the country's best rental property markets in the country. We help group members identify target properties, make offers, coordinate property inspections, attend closing, take over property management, complete renovations, lease up the property, and handle all aspects of property management and generating cash flow for our investors.
