What we’re about

We meet regularly with anyone wishing to learn about the science of the self, as taught in the Bhagvad-gita, one of the oldest and most cherished treatises on the philosophy and practice of yoga. The word yoga means more than simply stretching and exercising. Yoga means to connect, specifically with the Divine. Bhagavad-gita teaches that we are all eternal, spiritual beings, adrift in an impermanent, transitory world. Our rightful position is one of full spiritual knowledge.
Topics of discussion will include karma (action and reaction), reincarnation, consciousness, material nature, spiritual nature, the soul, and much more.
This knowledge belongs to all people and transcends all sectarian boundries, i.e., race, gender, nationality, cultural or religious. As we are all spiritual beings, this is meant for everyone.
The goal is to have relevant, thought provoking, spiritually uplifting and inspiring meetings with like-minded people, always in a mood of friendship and mutual respect. Come for the knowledge and stay for the vegetarian snacks!
