Abstract
This talk will focus on the need for reskilling, the new reskilling areas, and how to begin the reskilling journey in the age of generative AI. It is based on my upcoming 3rd book Scaling Generative AI: An Operational Readiness Framework for Enterprise. The framework consists of 4 readiness areas: Customer, Technology, Data, and People. This talk specifically addresses the People readiness area, offering practical guidance that will be directly relevant to the audience.
