Step into nature and experience a different way of being—one that’s calm, intentional, and deeply restorative. This 3-hour guided Forest Therapy Walk invites you to gently slow down, reconnect with yourself, and engage with the natural world in a whole new way.
Led by a certified Forest Therapy Guide, this is not a hike or fitness walk. It’s a slow, mindful immersion along a curated trail, with carefully designed activities to help you relax, awaken your senses, and feel more grounded and present.

• Gentle walking and stillness—no rushing or performance
• A quiet, supported space for personal reflection
• Mindful activities to enhance your connection with nature
• A chance to see the world from a calmer, more centered perspective
• Optional social picnic after the walk—feel free to bring snacks

❌ Not suitable for individuals with known severe allergies to pollen, grass, or sunlight.
Please bring:
