🌿 Forest Therapy Walks – Slow Down & Reconnect 🌿

Looking to unplug, slow down, and truly breathe again? Join us for Forest Therapy Walks, a unique and restorative way to reconnect with nature—and yourself—through the healing power of the forest.

What is Forest Therapy?
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), forest therapy is not a hike or a fitness walk. It’s a gentle, guided experience of slowing down and immersing your senses in the natural world. No rush. No destination. Just presence.

Who is this for?
Anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply curious about new ways to connect with nature and their inner calm. All fitness levels are welcome. If you can walk slowly and breathe, you’re ready.

What to Expect:
A calm, guided walk by a certified INFTA guide through peaceful natural settings
Invitations (gentle mindfulness activities) to help deepen your connection to nature
Opportunities for quiet reflection and optional sharing in community
A non-judgmental safe space—no pressure to perform, achieve, or compete

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to the living world around you.
✨ This is a paid event. Your contribution supports the guided experience and helps create a mindful, intentional space for healing and connection. Details on pricing will be provided upon RSVP. ✨
✨ Let nature be your therapist. Join us for your next walk—your nervous system will thank you. ✨
