We are excited to announce the April meetup scheduled for Thursday, April 16th.
There'll be 2 presentations.
*Cloud-Native Agentic AI: Designing, Deploying, and Scaling AI Agents on Modern Cloud Infrastructure
1st Presentation:
Cloud-Native Agentic AI: Designing, Deploying, and Scaling AI Agents on Modern Cloud Infrastructure
AI agents are moving from experimentation to production. But building real, scalable, and secure agentic systems requires more than calling an LLM API.
This session explores how to architect AI agents natively in the cloud — covering compute, networking, storage, orchestration, security, observability, and cost governance.
We will break down:
• The cloud infrastructure stack required for AI agents
• GPU vs serverless inference tradeoffs
• Vector databases, memory layers, and retrieval systems
• Agent orchestration patterns (multi-agent, tool-use, event-driven workflows)
• API gateways, identity, and zero-trust design for agents
• Monitoring, evaluation, and cost control for autonomous systems
• Multi-cloud portability considerations
Attendees will leave with a clear reference architecture for building production-ready AI agents across AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
Speaker Bio: Vivek Acharya
Vivek Acharya is a technology transformation leader with 18+ years of experience in AI, process automation, blockchain, and enterprise architecture. He currently serves as Director of AI Strategy and Innovation and has led large-scale modernization initiatives across healthcare, public sector, and global enterprises.
He is a Forbes Technology Council member, IEEE CertifAIEd™ AI Ethics Authorized Assessor, published author of 7+ books, and a recognized finalist for the Government Blockchain Association Innovation Award. Vivek has served as a judge for AI hackathons and frequently speaks on agentic AI, governance frameworks, and enterprise AI strategy.
His work focuses on architecting responsible, scalable AI systems that bridge technical innovation with real-world deployment.
Speaker Bio: Vishu Andavilli
Enterprises are adopting AI agents—but most are building them in silos. A CRM agent here, an ERP agent there. Each is optimized for its own system, none connected to the customer's actual journey.
I focus on the underlying architecture problem: how do you build agentic AI systems that share context, align with business outcomes, and operate under governance?
At ArchIQLabs, I help organizations discover connected AI opportunities—use cases that span systems and prioritize enterprise-wide impact over point solutions.
Background: 15+ years leading technology transformation in regulated environments, including the Office of CTO at FDA, DHS, SEC, HUD, and USSC. AWS certified (Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Pro, Security Specialty). Kellogg Executive Education (AI Strategies for Business Transformation). Applied AI/ML training at UC Berkeley and MIT Sloan.
Currently exploring: AWS Agent Core, Strands, and what it takes to make Agentic AI governable in regulated industries.
