We have a special guest Lakmal Waruswithana from WSO2 LLC.
Lakmal Warusawithana is the Senior Director of Cloud Architecture at WSO2 with a strong background in open source, cloud, and DevOps technologies. He served as Vice President of the Apache Stratos PaaS Project. In 2005, he co-founded thinkCube, focusing on Collaborative Cloud Computing products for Telecom operators, overseeing engineering, scalability, and service delivery. He has spoken at events like ApacheCon, CloudOpen, QCon, JaxLondon, Cloud Expo, CloudStack Collaboration Conference, and WSO2Con.
In the rapidly evolving tech landscape, building and maintaining robust platforms has become both a necessity and a challenge for organizations. In this talk, he will share their experience of building an internal developer platform, highlighting the hurdles they encountered and the strategies they employed to overcome them.
