🔹 The Declarative Golden Path: Designing a GitOps-Driven Kubernetes Platform with CNCF tools
This talk explores how to build a modern “Golden Path” Kubernetes platform that reduces complexity for development teams while keeping deployments fast, secure, and consistent. It covers a GitOps-driven architecture using CNCF tools such as ArgoCD, Crossplane, Kyverno, Cilium, and Hubble to manage control planes, provision clusters, enforce security guardrails, simplify upgrades, and enable secure OIDC/SSO-based onboarding through GitOps.
🔹 We Cut Kubernetes Deployment Validation From 45 Minutes to 2
This talk explains how to reduce Kubernetes release verification time by replacing manual, sequential health checks with automated, parallel validation across large multi-namespace environments. Based on a production AI/ML platform, it shows how batch Kubernetes API polling and concurrent state evaluation reduced verification from 45 minutes to under 2 minutes while improving consistency, reducing operational toil, and detecting failures faster.
