Simplifying the network stack with Romana

Details
We all know that the network stack in an OpenStack cloud or Kubernetes environment is complex and hard to troubleshoot.
Romana is a new open source project (http://romana.io/) that allows you to run run OpenStack or Kubernetes clusters without the need for any overlay networking. Instead, it provides just native layer 3 routing, making all addresses of all VMs or pods fully routable. On top of it Romana also takes care of endpoint security, like a distributed firewall. All of this makes the networking configuration of a Romana-powered cluster very easy to understand and work with.
Our presenters will be Juergen Brendel (director of engineering for Pani Networks) and Stas Kraev. They will explain how Romana works under the hood and demonstrate it in the context of an OpenStack cloud deployment.
