Spring Meetup is Here! 🌿

We're keeping the momentum going with another exciting Kubernetes Slovenia Meetup. Mark your calendars for April 16th, starting at 5:00 PM.

📍 Venue: Generously hosted by Outfit7 at their BTC Ljubljana location.

🚀 Agenda:

5:00 PM - Arrival & Welcome: Parking is available on site. When you get to the main entrance of Kristalna Palača (0 Floor), you will see six elevators. Please press "2" on the keyboard on the wall in order to get to the second floor. On the second floor just follow the signs for the meetup.

5:15 PM - EKS Auto Mode: Behind the Curtain by Eric Bailey from Sportradar (live presentation): An overview and comparison of tools related to AWS EKS Auto Mode, detailing what's provided, what's not, and the caveats therewith.

6:00 PM - Branch deploys on k8s cluster using Gateway API by Rok Papež from Outfit7 (live presentation): We will walk you through the process of setting up isolated feature/branch deployments of our application on a Kubernetes cluster. We will explain the challenges we faced, the solutions we implemented, and the benefits of our approach. Also why the Gateway API was the right choice for this purpose.

6:45 PM - Use duckDB to analyze k8s cluster by Andraž Brodnik - Brodul (live presentation): lightning talk

7:00 PM - Networking & Socializing - stay for great conversations, food and drinks with Kubernetes enthusiasts in Outfit7 Fun room.
