Kung Fu Training

While no two classes are alike, every class will have a portion devoted to foundation training, drills and exercises designed to sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, and better equip the students to maximize their body's capabilities. Beyond that a class may focus on Drills and exercises to build Kung Fu capabilities and habits into the body, or we may focus on the Forms and the skills and qualities they give us, or we may focus on Fight/self-defense and the applications of the Kung Fu skills we have been developing.
Sifu and the senior students pitch in to make sure everyone gets the attention and time they need to walk out confident in what they've learned.
Please bring a friend! Everyone's first class is free, so come try it out for yourself.
