In this session, I hold a safe and supportive space where this energy can move freely, helping you release what no longer serves you (whether that’s old emotions, blockages, or limiting beliefs). This helps you align heart, mind, and spirit so you can live a life full of abundance, authenticity, purpose and joy.

What to expect:

• Breathwork: A guided breathing practice, supported by carefully curated music to help you arrive fully into the body and release what no longer serves you.
• Life Force Kundalini Activation: A deeply immersive musical journey and energetic experience. Lie down and surrender while the energy moves through your system, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation and reconnection with your essence.
  You may experience: tingling sensations, emotional release, spontaneous movement, profound insights, or moments of deep relaxation and stillness. Everything is welcome, and your body receives exactly what it needs.
  (If you have any back issues that would prevent you from lying down for an hour on the yoga mat, please let me know beforehand).
• Journaling & Integration: A short writing practice to anchor the insights and clarity received, turning your "aha" moments into lasting transformation.
• Sharing Circle: A safe and heart-centered space to close the experience, reflect and connect (sharing is always optional).
