Kundalini Activation Practice (KAP) is a profound form of energy work which has the potential to induce transcendent states of awareness as well as facilitate deep personal healing.
In a ceremony-like session, the kundalini field within you is amplified. Kundalini Cultivation is a path of spiritual growth through Kundalini awakening, the process of energetic bio-spiritual transformation in the human body, that leads to spiritual development and evolution.
What is KAP?
KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Practice.
It is a direct transmission of Kundalini that supports the awakening of your own, innate, Kundalini energy. This is an intelligent energy, and a safe, natural process that does just what your system needs and is ready for in any given moment.
This is an energy transmission, not a self-generated process, meaning you only need to lay back, relax, and receive in order to benefit from the practice.
It is the path of surrender (not a path of the will) that creates the unique possibility for healing, higher states of consciousness and a deeper connection to that which transcends mind and matter.
Why KAP?
Activated Kundalini may have a profound impact on your well being and bring you back to your center, to equanimity. Throughout all of time, spiritual seekers have initiated kundalini process for personal transformation and to discover more spiritual awareness and a direct experience of non-dual truths.
KAP may increase awareness and clarity, lower anxiety and/or depression, relieve body aches and/or pains, release stagnant energies and emotions, help to clear traumas, and access higher states of consciousness.
The Process
While laying down on a yoga mat, music is played and the facilitator will hold the frequency of the kundalini field. Be sure to keep your eyes closed during the entire session. All you need to do is relax your body and mind, and surrender to the process without expectations. Allow whatever arises to be experienced and expressed.
There are no pre-requisites and anyone who feels called to attend is welcome.
After Effects
You may feel the energy for the next couple of days. The emotional movements and heaing processes that began in class can continue to surface and unfold as well. Please pay attention to any internal changes, and give yourself the space to process and be with whatever may arise as a resulf of this practice.
You may become more sensitive and feel more connected to your inner being. Many people report experiencing clarity, insights, and self awarenesses that lead to positive change.
It’s important in the days following an activation to be aware of your energy levels and to listen to what your body is asking of you. For example, you may need more rest, or crave different foods, dreams can differ, or sleep can become deeper. The after effects vary amongst individuals.
Over time, opening of the kundalini field removes internal obstacles to greater spiritual awareness. The positive impact effects your material life and facilitates the attainment of higher states of consciousness with continual practice.
Please Note
While KAP is safe and helps facilitate a natural process of energetic development, it is not an appropriate modality for those who experience mania, paranoia, delusion, or psychosis.Those who have extensive experiences with plant medicine, or have regularly used plant medicines in the last 6 months run the risk of opening very deeply, very quickly, which may be beyond the scope of assistance provided in a regular open class. For this reason, we recommend that KAP and phychoactive substances do not mix. If in doubt, please reach out via email before the session.KAP, when practiced as intended is very safe and consciousness opens in a way that is gradual and well integrated.
