Hi, my name is Adina and I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation at Paradise Recreation Center for 3 years. I have a decade of experience in yoga, sound and energy healing. I integrate sound healing and reiki relaxation into the class as classes have been small.
I have a new session starting and would love for you to join.
Tuesday afternoon Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class at Paradise Recreation Center 4775 Mcleod Dr. 89121 (East Las Vegas near Unlv)
Beginning 10/6/2026 through 11/10/2026
6 Tuesdays 12:30pm-1:45pm
$39 for the series or $10 drop in per class paid at the community center in cash or card.
No experience necessary. Exercises and breath work may be done in a chair.
