Kundalini with Julia Samudra is a space for people who want to explore Kundalini yoga in a modern grounded way.
Led by Julia Samudra, an international Kundalini yoga teacher and counsellor, these sessions blend traditional Kundalini yoga with a contemporary, psychologically informed approach, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.

    Start the year clear, grounded, and aligned - without forcing motivation or adding pressure.

    We often think a new year means we should add new habits, routines, goals.... But adding more usually just creates pressure.

    This kundalini online reset offers a different approach: creating the inner steadiness and clarity that allows goals to feel natural and sustainable, rather than forced.

    Over 7 days, we’ll work with short daily practices to quiet mental noise, reconnect to what truly matters, and build focus and direction in a grounded way. The emphasis is on alignment and capacity, not hustle or overwhelm.
    No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed.

    What we’ll do together:

    • Live online opening masterclass (1 February): settle the mind, access the "zero state", and set an intention that feels true to you
    • Daily pre-recorded guided practices (2-6 February): short sessions (up to 20 minutes) delivered to your email each morning to build clarity, steadiness, and clean energy. You can it in your own time
    • Manifesting + intention work to help you prioritise what matters and move from alignment, not pressure
    • Live online manifesting session (7 February): a strong integrating practice for confidence, and inner direction
    • Full recording access for all sessions in case you miss a live one
