Classes last for 1.5 hours and are structured in four main components: • Breathing exercises • Physical exercises • Meditation

• Relaxation HOW TO PREPARE FOR A KUNDALINI YOGA CLASS • Wear lose comfortable clothing
• Come with an empty stomach (don’t eat at least two to three hours before; if you have to eat something before class, eat a piece of fruit or something light)
• If you have long hair, tie your hair back so it will not be a distraction to you during your yoga session
• Bring a bottle of water
• Bring a thin blanket or shawl to cover yourself during relaxation time
