In these sessions we will practice simple yogic movements that gently help stretch and open the body and relax the mind.
We will practice conscious breaths, and we will use simple postures, asanas and mudras to calm the nervous system, the mind and to bring balance and release to the stresses and tensions that the body stores.
The aim of the practice is to bring a state of deep relaxation and harmony to the whole body and peace to the mind.
Day: selected Thursdays
