About us

This is a respectfully-guided traditional kundalinī-yoga class. We’ll start with a meditation and continue with a grounding warm-up to prepare for the kriyā, a sequence of exercises including static and dynamic postures, breathing exercises, bandhas, mudras, mantras and meditation that will get the energy moving through your nadīs and chakras. You will be encouraged to look inwards to feel the effect of the practice.

To integrate, we’ll end with a delicious shavāsana – bolster under the knees, cosy blanket, cooling eye mask – everything you need to sink into deep relaxation and awaken renewed.

No yoga experience is required. The class is guided in English.

This class is held at Dojo Cabanyal (C/Barraca, 42).
