Kundalini Yoga in English
Details
This is a respectfully-guided traditional kundalinī-yoga class. We’ll start with a meditation and continue with a grounding warm-up to prepare for the kriyā, a sequence of exercises including static and dynamic postures, breathing exercises, bandhas, mudras, mantras and meditation that will get the energy moving through your nadīs and chakras. You will be encouraged to look inwards to feel the effect of the practice.
To integrate, we’ll finish with a delicious shavāsana with everything you need to sink into a deep state of relaxation – think a comfy bolster under your knees, a blanket to keep you cosy and a cooling eye mask. You’ll awaken renewed.

No yoga experience is required. The class is guided in English.
The class is held at Dojo Cabanyal (C/Barraca 42).
As this is a new class we’re running an introductory offer.
You can trial the first class for €5 and if after that you and a friend sign up, you can both enjoy 3 classes for €30.
