All of our classes are offered both in-person as well as online live streamed through Zoom. Coming together in a supportive community, we continue to practice non-physical kundalini yoga meditation as taught by Swami Rudrananda (Rudi) and his disciple, spiritual master Stuart Perrin. New comers to our community must first come to the online beginners Wednesday class or arrange a private session to learn the technique.

This event is an ongoing "deep-end" intense kundalini yoga meditation class for students who have been practicing the meditation. If this is your first time attending our classes, please come on a Wednesday to learn the technique. You will be introduced to the 7 major energy centers in the chakra system, instructed in how to work with them, and given a special breathing exercise to use in the open-eye meditation session with the teacher. Energy transmission from the teacher to the students takes place through eye contact and speech. Questions will be welcome after the session. Ongoing weekly classes are available for those who wish to pursue this practice of meditation.

$5 donation is requested to help pay our costs, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Classes last about an hour and a half. If you are joining us online, please find a spot in your house where you will not be disturbed and be prepared to stay with the class for the whole time.
