This is a group for anyone who wants to relax and unwind the body and mind, release stress and tension and replenish energy and vitality while having fun! We use Meditation, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, Laughing Yoga, Mindfulness and FUN to allow you to relax and achieve a greater sense of inner peace. Bringing friends or coming on your own - All welcome, no experience necessary :-)
