If you've been interested in checking out our practice but are a little hesitant this is a perfect opportunity to give it a try. This will be an online that practice is entirely focused on a few fundamental movement(s). We'll start with brief introduction to what we practice, do a gentle warm up and work some basic breathing patterns. There will be plenty of chances for you to ask questions so don't worry if you don't have prior experience.
