Summer Sunday Meditations with Atira Zeoli

While Khenpo Tenzin Karze is on retreat at the Palyul Retreat Center in Upstate NY for the summer, Atira Zeoli will be leading the Sunday meditation class. Starting July 6, Atira will lead a 6-week series on Tonglen, the meditation practice of exchanging oneself and others.

The practice of Tonglen opens our hearts, deepens our compassion and loving-kindness, and develops bodhicitta, the awakened mind committed to benefiting all beings. Join us to connect with your deepest intention and learn a practice that can transform how you meet the suffering of the world.

Each session concludes with a brief Chenrezig practice in which we recite Om Mani Padme Hung (a prayer of compassion), and a dedication prayer that our efforts benefit all beings.

This class offers a strong foundation in meditation, helping cultivate inner peace and compassion amidst busy lives.

All are welcome!

This program is open to anyone with an interest in Buddhism and you can come to all or any part of the program. Families are welcome. There is no fee, but donations are encouraged.
