Come help the Friends of Killarney Park get ready for summer. We will work on different projects to get the park ready for camping season. Projects include trail maintenance, raking campsites, planting trees. Camping and hiking will be involved too so you can scratch your itch to be outdoors while making the outdoors a nicer place too.
The cleanup event runs from Friday to Sunday morning. We will work from 9am to 4pm, Sunday 9am til noon. Friday is the bonus day. The majority of projects will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
Camping is free to volunteers. Some meals are also provided. Saturday- breakfast, lunch, potluck dinner. Sunday-breakfast.
They will supply all the gloves, hammers, rakes, etc. required for the work. All you need to bring is camping gear, snacks/extra food, a dish for the potluck dinner.

Last year we had a great time. Hope to see you there!
P.S.- Sorry about the limit of 10 people. There are not as many projects this year, thus fewer volunteers are required.
