Voyageur Paddlefest

Simple put, I'm looking to fill a Voyageur type canoe and paddle down the French river from Lake Nipissing to the mouth of the French River over the period of 2.5 days. Logistically speaking the canoe will seat Ten (10) people and the canoe, as of what I know of, is available for rental at Algonquin Outfitters in Huntsville, just off Hwy 11. The price is decently priced to split between a crew of 6-10 people at $109.98 per day (or $11 pp/pd, based on a crew of 10) This would be an excellent chance to live the adventures of Samuel de Champlain and explore the marvel known as the French River. The timing would involve leaving Friday morning and coming home later Sunday night to maximize the time on the river and meet daily mileage goals. Dates are flexible and open to discussion in order to ensure a crew can be managed.
