Kayaking Franklin, Minks
Details
I have not been out to Franklin or the Minks chain of islands yet this season, so figure it's time we go. This will be a loosely based trip, meaning we will decide along the way as to where we're going and where we shall camp.
Please join me for spectacular sights, exploration of many small bays and blissful relaxation. We will set our course for Franklin, but if the group is motivated we may just opt to go straight out to the Minks chain of islands to explore and camp for the night. We can visit and explore Franklin on the way back from the Minks. We will of course discuss these options and make our decision as a group Friday night at Killbear. Can't go wrong with either destinations. The sights are beautiful, sunsets are amazing and there's no better way to experience it all, then by sea kayak and some good old fashion backcountry camping.

This Kayaking experience is for intermediate paddlers.
Each paddler is expected to be self sufficient, have performed wet exits, have ability to self rescue with little assistance, and come prepared with all essential gear.
