Total 60 minutes
(18+) for all skill levels.
Please bring an extra light/dark jersey along with a soccer ball if you have one.
Sliding tackles are strictly prohibited, and any high or otherwise dangerous tackles are discouraged to minimize any injury concerns. Remember, it's recreational not professional.
Shin guards and cleats are highly recommended for safety and protection.
Be a good sport and have fun.
