Trevor Chan has been working in the streaming media space since the 90s dot-com bubble. He's got stories. In his current role as a Video Solutions Architect contracted to Bell Media, he's helping the organization with their digital broadcast transformation.

Join Trevor's therapy session as he discusses the challenges and opportunities of migrating legacy enterprises to the public cloud. He hopes this talk will be useful to technology evangelists trying to affect change in their organization. Although this talk will be focused on Canada's broadcast and telecommunications sectors, the ideas should be transferable across regions.
