Build flexibility, mobility, and strength and condition your body for West Coast Swing and other dance styles! You will work on resistance training and functional movement followed by breathwork to finish off your day.
Functional fitness is a great way to improve your dancing - no experience required!
Indoor shoes or sock/bare feet only.
Bring your own yoga mat, or use one of ours for free (Limited quantity available).
