Hello Spring! Walk & Talk for Wellbeing

Details

March means spring so let's get outside for some fresh air and good company while we move our bodies and enjoy nature!

Time spent outdoors has both mental and physical benefits. Studies have shown there are a variety of measurable physiological benefits to spending time in “greenspace,” and nature-based self-care is associated with lower depression, reduced stress, enhanced positive emotions and mental wellbeing. Plus, it just FEELS good!

Given March 20th is International Day of Happiness, as we walk the trails we'll chat about ways to boost wellbeing in the season ahead. (I'll share some science-backed tools and tips!)

RSVP by noon so we know who to expect and kindly update your response if your plans change.

Please arrive a few minutes early, so we can set out at 2pm (we don't want to leave anyone behind!) The event will go ahead unless there is heavy rain/ice or wind. Dress for the weather! :)

Best to leave dogs at home to be mindful of those with allergies or aversions to animals.
